Make the note about artifacts paths being relative more visible.
What does this MR do and why?
I've spent quite a bit of time figuring out why I am unable to keep the CI build artifacts. The problem was trivial -- I used an absolute path instead of relative path and tried to keep artifacts from /foo path.
Eventually I googled it up and it bumped on this issue.
As you can see, this issue, being 6 years old, has quite a lot of comments, even more thumb-up reactions and new comments are still being made. Because of that, I suggest making information about artifacts paths being relative more visible in the CI documentation.
