What does this MR do and why?
Replaces .float-left from Bootstrap 4 with .gl-float-left from gitlab-ui.
As this change is under /app (not /ee/app), I do not add EE: true tailer to the commit message, but added the label Enterprise Edition and GitLab Premium to this MR.
