This MR fixes #365370 (closed) (file diff is not expanded when navigating to pending comment).

  1. Open an MR that has some changes;
  2. Start a review and leave some comments;
  3. Collapse all the files in the MR;
  4. Click on pending comments and then on one of the comments in the list.
