Fix GLFM typos and lint/inspection warnings

What does this MR do and why?

Related: Tracking Issue: Implement GLFM scripts per the ... (#361241 - closed)

Fixes some small typo, Rubocop warning, and RubyMine RBS type warning.

Gets default RubyMine Inspect Code action completely green for all GLFM related files.
