Replace the menu icon on mobile with sidebar icon

What does this MR do and why?

Using two hamburger menu icons on mobile doesn't help set clear expectations behind their interactions. Using a sidebar icon for opening the left sidebar will clarify this interaction.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Go to any project or group
2. Set viewport width size to be 767 or less to make the left sidebar be hidden
