Add DAST troubleshooting for 'shell not found'

What does this MR do and why?

We have seen a few tickets about shell not found when using DAST. It looks like the answer is "upgrade Docker". To deflect these kinds of tickets in the future, I'm adding a small section to the DAST troubleshooting docs on this topic.
