Rename the "Dark" and "Light" theme to avoid confusion with "Dark Mode"

What does this MR do and why?

It was confusing to have a "Dark" navigation theme next to "Dark Mode". Renaming the "Dark" navigation theme to "Gray" avoids these overlapping terms. To follow the same naming pattern as the other color themes, "Light" got also renamed to "Light Gray".

How to set up and validate locally

  • Check your /-/profile/preferences. Instead of "Dark" and "Light" it now says "Gray" and "Light Gray".
  • Use both themes:
    • Live-preview (before Save) works.
    • Saving the theme choice works.
