What does this MR do and why?
This MR updates the buttons in the Repository Mirroring section to Pajamas complaint ButtonComponent. It also rearranges the buttons to look consistently for push and pull mirrorings.

How to set up and validate locally
- Use licensed GDK.
- Navigate to Project -> Settings -> Repository and select Mirroring repositories.
- Create pull and push based mirrors using SSH public key.
- Check the Mirrored repositories table
