What does this MR do and why?

Improve UI text of Pages size limit setting

Also included in this MR are:

  • Updates to relevant documentation.
  • Updated links in the UI to the updated documentation.

Part of #350107 (closed).

UI changes

  • Reduced label text to the minimum. It's the only value in the section, so a more descriptive label would result in duplicated text.

Docs changes

  • Added prerequisites to each section.
  • Split the group-specific and project-specific task into separate tasks. This made the introduction and prerequisites more specific, though it's resulted in duplicate content.

Thought: It would be useful to add a concept topic in which the size limit is described in more detail, also in which the hierarchy of settings could be described.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. On the top bar, select Menu > Admin.
  2. On the left sidebar, select Settings > Preferences.
  3. Expand Pages.
  4. View the content of the Pages section.
