Add 'Last time verified' for synced projects on Geo projects page

What does this MR do?

Store the last time verification run for each project on the secondary node and display it as Last time verified on Geo projects page for synced projects. This MR depends on https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/8844.
