Draft: Created the widget to show the source branch on the merge request sidebar

What does this MR do and why?

With this MR I introduced a new widget for the sidebar that can be used to show the merge request source branch.

This was done in order to have a consistent look and feel with all the other widgets on the sidebar and to align its look with the bottom of the issue's sidebar
