Quarantine 20220505044348_fix_automatic_iterations_cadences_start_date_spec.rb

The migration spec 20220505044348_fix_automatic_iterations_cadences_start_date_spec.rb is flaky for unknown reasons. It's speculated that it may be time-sensitive but I couldn't pin down the cause.

The spec tests a data migration and I already verified it went successfully in production. Note that the data fixed in the migration were for the feature gated behind a non-default feature flag (at the time of the migration.)

The original MR that added the spec is !86626 (merged).
