How to set up and validate locally

1. Login to GitLab
2. Go to ➕ -> New project/repository
3. Create from template
4. Select GitLab Cluster Management
5. Fill in the new project form
6. When the project finishes creating, look in the applications/ directory and verify that it does not contain apparmor, cilium, falco, or fluentd directories
