Geo - Remove legacy redirects

This change removes some old route redirects from the Geo product. We have high confidence that these have been properly communicated to our customers and thus are ready to remove them.

1. Navigate to the following routes and ensure they 404
   • admin/geo/nodes
   • admin/geo/nodes/1/edit
   • admin/geo/nodes/new
   • admin/geo/projects
   • admin/geo/designs
