Exclude container registry size from root stats

What does this MR do and why?

In this MR we exclude ProjectStatistics#container_registry_size from the total storage size being calculated at the RootStorageStatistics level.

This is because the container registry size should be deduplicated via the Container Registry API which will be added in a future iteration.
