Improve UI text of the DAST site validation modal
Improve UI text of the DAST site validation UI.
Addresses #292692 (closed)
- Expand introductory text to further explain why site validation is important.
- Add periods to each step's text, to comply with GitLab design style.
- Correct the text file validation instructions to make it clear that the file must be downloaded from the modal, then uploaded to the site being validated.
