Draft: Remove `access_token_ajax` feature flag

This is a test to see if this branch passes all the QA end-to-end tests.

I removed the conditionals that checked for the access_token_ajax feature flag and leave only the paths that were executed when access_token_ajax was enabled. Hence, it emulates access_token_ajax was true.
