Resolve "Group Import history - Rename 'New group' to 'Destination group'"

It renames "new group" column to "destination column" in the table on the history of bulk import page (/import/bulk_imports/history).

How to set up and validate locally

• Set up from the branch
• Go to import group page (/groups/new#import-group-pane)
• Connect another gitlab instance
• Try to import some project
• Go to history page /import/bulk_imports/history
• Look at column names and check that the second column is "Destination column"
