Move VulnerabilityFeedback under namespace

What does this MR do?

• Refactor VulnerabilityFeedback to move it to Vulnerabilities::Feedback to follow the new code architecture,
• Move schema matcher of vulnerability_feedback.json into vulnerabilities/feedback.json.
