Remove deprecated analyzers Retire.Js and bundler audit

What does this MR do and why?

As mentionned in #357038 (comment 907698464) we still have some deprecated analyzers configured for Dependency Scanning in the GitLab project.

This MR removes them from the CI configuration as they will be removed officially from our vendored template in 15.0 anyway.
