Add missing spec for recording unique events

Felipe Cardozo requested to merge fa-improve__usage_data_unique_counts_specs into master

Properly test unique events recorded on a daily tracked issuable event rspec shared examples.

We were not testing if the event was recorded, also if the constant name used on by the specs was nil or undefined the spec was returning a false positive.
