Polish board top buttons on mobile.
Makes new list column full width and hide other columns when open.

Steps to test locally
- Open issue boards on small screen
- Click
Create listbutton - New list column should full width and vertical scroll disappeared as other columns are hidden
- Cancelling or saving shows lists again
