Revert "Add test for Service Ping generated queries for Snowflake"

What does this MR do and why?

This reverts !82757 (merged), which didn't account for developers with an active license. When they try regenerating the fixture file using the provided rake task, it updates the fixture with their license information.

These metrics should be ignored and not added to the fixture file.

I'm asking for a revert to prevent creating problems for team members adding or changing database metrics before a fix is made. After that, a fixed implementation can be reintroduced.
