What does this MR do and why?

Fixes issues described in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/product-intelligence/-/issues/510#note_862473172

This allowlists severity, sortBy, sortDesc and tab query params to not be masked in Snowplow events during pseudonymization. These fields do not contain PII data and therefore can be unmasked.
