Remove pseudonymization from manifest
What does this MR do?
This MR removes the pseudonymization from the manifest file. This means will be able to import raw gitlab.com data into our Snowflake data warehouse. There will be a downstream pseduonymization step using dbt once the data is loaded.

For a paid feature, have we considered GitLab.com plans, how it works for groups, and is there a design for promoting it to users who aren't on the correct plan?
