Fix jh pipeline failure of secure_binaries_ci_yaml_spec.rb

What does this MR do and why?

This merge request is intended to fix the pipeline failure on JH side. Since JH has its own image host, the registry.gitlab.com in the test cannot match, resulting in failure, and is modified to use the secure_analyzers_prefix method.
