What does this MR do and why?

This snippet should not be reachable so I removed the import as it was confusing.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Visit the project vulnerability report (Project > Security & Compliance > Vulnerability Report)
2. Visit the group vulnerability report (Group > Security & Compliance > Vulnerability Report)
3. Visit the user vulnerability report (Menu > Security > Vulnerability Report)

They all should render a page (prove that it works).
