The MR fixes a bug when the agent cannot be created from the Agent tab.

How to set up and validate locally
- Go to Infrastructure -> Kubernetes clusters
- Try to create an agent using the Actions button:
- when on All tab
- when on Agent tab
- when navigated from All to Agent tab via tab headers
- when navigated from All to Agent tab via "View all Agents" button
