Fix: None of the specs in ee/spec/migrations/geo works

Valery Sizov requested to merge 352150-none-of-the-specs-in-ee-spec-migrations-geo-works into master

This MR fixes the migrations by reverting the part of the change in !76700 (merged)

These migrations are not part of a regular CI run. I don't know why TBH. As this change block other work I'm going to ship it without investigation of CI part.
