Keep security report schema files in core library location

What does this MR do and why?

Swap the symlinking done in !79396 (merged). The files should exist in core library so that gitlab-foss have them, and the ee ones should be symlinked from there. Deploy script counterpart MR: gitlab-org/security-products/security-report-schemas!99 (merged)
