feat: add pipeline_source to CI_JOB_JWT_V2

What does this MR do and why?

Currently using the alpha CI_JOB_JWT_V2, there is no way to tell if the JWT belongs to a MR event or a push event. This MR adds the pipeline_source information to the subject of the JWT.
