What does this MR do and why?

We want to help users configure their pipeline configuration to enable jobs related to Container Scanning analyzer. With this change we are introducing frontend changes that allows them to do it with single click.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Create new project
  2. Go to Security & Compliance -> Configuration
  3. Click on Container Scanning -> Configure with Merge Request
