Stop using ReusableProject while investigating errors

What does this MR do and why?

Two tests are failing and raising alerts, so this should stop the alerts while we're investigating the cause (#350704 (closed)).

This MR returns the tests to almost the state they were in before !74570 (merged) (there are some changes to branch names that were left in place).
