Update style in ECR private registry example
What does this MR do?
This MR is intended to clarify the usage of the placeholder values in the example. It's easy to skip the scenario being used as an example and thus ignore the fact that the example configuration is using portions of the registry URI. This MR is just a way of making that more apparent, regardless of context.
