Move registry breadcrumb to shared folder

What does this MR do and why?

As a part of the refactor of the package details page to vue router this typemaintenance MR:

• Moves registry_breadcrumb from the container_registry to the shared folder under packages_and_registries
• Moves some tests file that were in the wrong folder
