Update gitlab-experiment

What does this MR do and why?

Updates gitlab-experiment to v0.7.0.

Several underlying changes have been made in the library code, and along with that are deprecation warnings. Because of this we've intentionally disabled those deprecation warnings temporarily, to avoid annoying others with how noisy they might be.
