Rename Projects::ServicesController to "Integrations"

What does this MR do and why?

As part of a bigger epic &2504 (closed), we are working towards renaming "Services" to "Integrations".

This MR updates the controller name and related HAML views / routes / assets.

How to set up and validate locally
