Exclude common go test pattern from gosec-sast

What does this MR do and why?

We have some basic exclusions in our SAST template that attempt to exclude tests by default but go usually has the tests next to the go with a *_test.go pattern instead of having the tests in their own directory.

This overrides the SAST_EXCLUDED_PATHS variable for the gosec-sast job and adds *_test.go pattern.
