Add test for chat integration deployment events

What does this MR do and why?

It adds a test to a shared example that is used by chat notification integrations. The shared example is used by

• Discord
• Hangouts
• Microsoft Teams
• Unify Circuit
• Webex Teams

All of them don't support deployment events and the test verifies that the notification will not get triggered.
