What does this MR do and why?

This changes the View results link's behavior in the on-demand scans index page so that it points to the pipeline's Security tab instead of its overview.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Navigate to the on-demand scans index page in Security & Compliance > On-demand scans.
  2. Run at least one scan.
