• Productizes the invite email changes to add preview text and gmail goto action defined in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/333024 as per https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/342168
• Removes the experiment based feature flag and tracking
