Migrate badge component in tags/show view

What does this MR do and why?

This changes the current badge implementation in the project -> tags -> show area to a pajamas complaint one

How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

1. Go to Project -> Repository -> Tags
2. Create a tag
3. After the tag has been created go to Settings -> Repository and protect the recently created tag
4. Go back to Project -> Repository -> Tags and select the protected tag
