What does this MR do and why?

Moves the 'Copy ID' button from 'hidden' under the Group/Project ID to a separate (and visible) button next to the ID.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Navigate to a group/project
2. Under the group/project name, there should be the ID and a 'copy-to-clipboard' button that copies the ID.
