Group-level Security Dashboard – Counts/Overview
What does this MR do?
Adds the counts to the top of the security dashboard along with some other general improvements.
- Better naming of the loading getters in the vulnerabilities module
- UX fixes for spacing, etc
- Skeletal loading for the vulnerabilities list
