Update Level 1 subject subtext

What does this MR do and why?

For #342619 (closed)

Reduces the subtext of existing MR Widgets to be font size 12px (gl-font-sm) instead of the default 14px.

It does this by structuring the widget content in an object with subject and meta property names (taken from the Pajamas definition of these widgets) .
