What does this MR do and why?

1. Add all configuration changes in group SAML to group audit events.
2. Add SSO-SAML group sync changes to group audit events.

How to set up and validate locally

For group SAML SSO

1. Add group SAML SSO configuration from group Settings > SAML SSO.
2. Update any configuration like
   1. Enable/Disable SAML authentication for this group
   2. Toggle "Enforce SSO-only authentication for web activity for this group" setting
   3. Identity provider single sign-on URL
   4. Certificate fingerprint.
3. Check the audit events for the group from "Security & Compliance > Audit Events".

For SSO-SAML group sync

1. Add group sync configuration from group Settings > SAML Group Links.
2. Add or remove SAML Group Links.
3. Check the audit events for the group from "Security & Compliance > Audit Events".
