Edited page to remove unnecessary text
What does this MR do?
This MR removes screenshots and content that is only reiterating what's in the UI. It also re-writes some of the content to be standard task format.
Much of this content is duplicated on other pages and we don't want to reiterate what is in the UI.
Users will see what's in the UI and search for those terms. We want to give them one place to find what they're looking for, and the current layout would cloud their search results.
