Document unsupported subgroups feature setup
What does this MR do?
It is currently only possible to set a group as CODEOWNERS if it is explicitly added to the project or if is a project's parent group. Our docs make it quite clear.
This MR tries to dispell a popular misconseption that a group invited to a project's parent group can be a valid CODEOWNERS group.
We have a feature request logged which this MR also links to the documentaion: #288851
