This Merge Request moves DAST-related keys of Gitlab::Ci::Config::Entry::Job to EE.

As discussed here the ALLOWED_KEYS related to the DAST Scans should be moved to the EE Variant of Gitlab::Ci::Config::Entry::Job class.
