Fix tooltip string to support dynamic date type in Epic sidebar

What does this MR do?

Fixes a bug where both Start date and Finish date in Epic sidebar showed same tooltip content. This feature was introduced in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/6658.
